7 tips to get glowing skin in summer

Stay hydrated

Drinking adequate water daily cleanses and eliminates pollutants. This cleanses your blood for healthy, beautiful skin. Summer heat may dehydrate skin, causing acne and other skin issues. Drink eight glasses of water a day and eat watermelon, cucumber, and oranges.

Cleanse your face

Environmental pollution and sweat may clog pores and cause outbreaks. Cleanse your face twice a day for clear, glowing skin. To avoid acne and pimples, use a mild cleanser to eliminate debris, oil, and pollutants. Ice massages on your face may also help cool and relax your skin this season.

Exfoliate

Warm weather may open pores, clogging them with oil, debris, and germs, producing acne, pimples, and blemishes. Most effective is exfoliating! Dead skin cells must be removed to promote cell turnover and smoother, brighter skin. For beautiful, healthy skin, exfoliate gently 2-3 times a week.

Wear sunscreen

The most important skincare step is sunscreen. Sunburn, premature aging, and skin cancer are reduced by protecting your skin from UV radiation. Apply at least 30 SPF broad-spectrum sunscreen liberally to your face, neck, and hands.

Moisturise well

Moisturizer is necessary in summer to moisturize and nourish skin. Reduces dryness, acne, and delayed aging. Use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep skin supple. Look for hyaluronic acid and glycerin, which hold in hydration without blocking pores.

Antioxidants protection

Antioxidants protect skin from sun and environmental stressor-induced free radical damage. This vitamin increases blood flow, regenerating skin cells and preventing many skin issues. The skin may also be brightened. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and green tea extract are antioxidants in skincare products.

Sleep well

Lack of sleep may cause dark under-eye bags, poor skin, and stress, which can damage your skin. Good sleep improves skin and general wellness. Sleep heals and regenerates cells, including skin cells, giving you a younger, brighter appearance. Get 7-9 hours of unbroken sleep each night to revitalize your skin.
